The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003 – TKG 2003). This privacy information explains the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of my website. I do not use cookies on my website.

Contacting me
If you contact me by email, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. I do not share this data without your consent.

Data Storage
For the purpose of contract processing, I store the following data: title, first name, last name, street, postal code, city, telephone number, fax number, and email address. The data you provide is required for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, I cannot conclude a contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (7 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or Article 6(1)(b) (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.
